The modular Troax Smartfix system
The Troax SmartFix system is completely modular and therefore easy to assemble and adapt to your needs. Simply select posts, panels, doors, mounts and closures to shield your machines.
This modularity and standardization ensure high quality, flexibility, fast delivery and competitive prices.
Configure your own Smartfix system
SmartFix is available in two standard mounting heights, 2200mm or 1400mm with a free floor height of 150mm. The Troax guarding system is available in the standard colours grey, yellow and black, but it can also be produced in any desired other colour for a small additional charge. SmartFix is also available in hot-dip galvanized for damp rooms or outdoor installations.
Different panels
In addition to mesh panels, there are also full steel panels and polycarbonate panels. Full steel panels are available in all standard widths. They have the advantage that they can be installed directly against the machine.
Polycarbonate panels have two 3mm pc sheets attached to the panel frame with screws. A polycarbonate panel is ideal for when you need full visibility of the machine. The PC panel is available in all standard widths.
Troax panels are always provided with a box profile and have a fully spot-welded wire grid.
There are two variants of mesh panels available
ST20 mesh panel:
- 19x19mm box profile
- 1600J impact tested
- 100x20 spot welded wire mesh
- widths: 200, 300, 700, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500mm
ST30 mesh panel:
- 30x30mm box profile
- 2000J impact tested
- 100x20 spot welded wire mesh
- widths: 200, 300, 700, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500mm
Use our finishing profiles to easily customize your panel exactly in height and width. Finishing tape is also available for small recesses.
